Auburn - As with many entrepreneurs, timing played a major role in Nick
Polechronisı decision to start his own business. In January 2002, after
learning his position as acting director of the state's Business Development
office was to be dissolved due to budget cuts, it became clear to the
Marlborough native that it was time to take control of his financial future.
    In October 2002, after completing business plans and discussions with
friends and family, Nick, together with his brother, Jim Polechronis,
